    乌得勒支市中心以北的自然与技术学院。这是一个老建筑，为了要合理利用并能翻新改造成醒目的主建筑 “Oudenoord第700号”，所以我们自设计的时候除了部分拆除，其他的都保留下来进行重新装修，并增加新的一些亮点，例如一个新的复杂的翼形入口，两个x的支撑符合。

    The Faculty of Nature & Technology is based just to the north of Utrecht city centre. The “Oudenoord 700” building will be transformed into the striking main building of the faculty. Besides partial demolition, the parts to be retained will be fitted out for teaching in today’s world; a new wing forms the new front of the complex and houses the entrance.
 

   我们自设计的当时也在考虑如何让整个很正统的老楼边得有吸引力又能合理的利用空间，所以我们采用了翼形。 在“Oudenoord”，翼形是如此的迷人的，透明的玻璃一览无遗的向外面展示着自己迷人的魅力和与外界无界限的沟通；知识中心，教室，会议厅都在这个空间中。翼形入口是一个较低门，不像其他的学校大门都是非常的高大。A“大咖啡馆”在大街上侧边，幽静的环境让咖啡时间很放松，也可以很舒适的与同学或朋友一起清静的聊天。食堂前的庭院是玻璃屋顶，吃饭也能与室外的美景连在一起，实在是件太美妙的事情，更何况还有钢架结构与现代科技的结合让食堂如何魔幻的空间；而三角中庭成为一个集合点联接了所有建筑物。每一处都是都看是简单但又现代，看似陈旧却又有趣。

    On the “Oudenoord”, the new wing will represent an inviting, transparent and fascinating front accommodating a knowledge centre, classrooms and conference hall. The entrance is low-threshold. A “grand café” on the street side opens the building to the neighbourhood. The cafeteria has found its place in the former courtyard, which will be covered by a glass roof. The triangular atrium represents the link between all parts of the building and serves as a rendezvous.

   在实验室和工作场所周围是中庭，一些有趣的新技术就在这里展示。旧和新的结合提供了一个宽敞的场所，同时也有着鼓舞人心的独特教育环境。

   The atrium offers a view to the technology in surrounding laboratories and workplaces; delight in technology is on show here. The combination of old and new offers opportunities for a spacious - but also inspiring and distinctive - educational environment.

   教学楼 - 每层约  1,375平方米，自由分区；新的翼型建筑和老的教学楼相互关联，一起构成一个完整的开放空间。 同学间的交流也更多更丰富。但是为了让空间能更自由的互动，我们设计了复杂的楼梯。

   The teaching floors – per storey approx. 1,375 m² and freely partitionable -are interconnected above one old section and the new teaching wing; together they comprise an unbroken open space containing a world of stairs: a world of stairs that generates movement within the complex.

   改造，翻新是一项重要的投资，在城市改造中扮演先行者的角色。

  The renovation of the faculty is an important investment in the urban restructuring of the district, thereby playing the role of pioneer.
