The building itself was however not a regular oblong and the space was partitioned by a public lobby. The oblique line forming the building’s edge was therefore extended to become the baseline for the interior. The L-shaped conference table and ceiling mounts followed this oblique line, with the floor of the lobby continuing into the two main spaces, allowing the spaces to intersect with each other.

设计师都在寻找一种自己对于空间艺术的独特诠释，毕业于台湾艺术学院设计系的TBDC设计师JANUS HUANG当然也是如此。
由于TBDC SPACE LAB项目的主要目的是让客户能够挑选并订购建筑材料，所以设计师为这里寻求了一种绝不对称的设计理念，让建筑物释放出强烈的自我表现欲望。他通过分割空间打破建筑物的平衡感，同时运用建筑学中的剖面原理，让空间中直线、斜线、切面等不断产生纠葛，在精心到每一细节的布局中体现出设计师那无限的想象力，并从中透露出设计师对于空间艺术所独有的理解。
