Summary:
Shanghai Expo Center is an important architecture standing on the area of  “ one axis with four pavilions” in Shanghai Expo Garden. The building is 530 meters long from east to west and 140 meters long from south to north. The total area is about 6.65 square hectares.  The shape of the building looks like sculptural crystal box.  The building consists two blocks. The east one is mixed-use area, and the west one is convention area.  The building is about forty meters high. The building has two major functions including holding conference and entertainment activities.  The building is sited on the key position of the Expo Garden.  The building has been planned as one of the top class among the lighted buildings in the master plan lighting design of the Expo Garden.  The building has been awarded LEED GOLD certification and domestic three star green building.

Features：
1. The outdoor lighting design is to focus on showing the texture of the glass curtain wall of the building and coinciding with the architect’s design concept of “Crystal Box”.  To light the interior space is important to promote the sense of clear interior.
2. Changeable Lighting Scenes
Using intelligent lighting control system, the lighting scenes can be pre-scheduled to change with the time and the function. Every LEDs installed on the vertical fold lines of the glass curtain can be controlled by the system. The dynamic change of abstract imagine and texture can been realized by dim.  The white light is kept stable during diming.  Because the building isn’t lit by colorful color, it looks grace and elegant, and also the effect of lighting meets the requirement of the architects.
3. Powerful linear LEDs provide with function lighting to the government hall, which is 50W/M in 3000K~5500K, also, the color temperature can be changed to match the tune of the environment.
