设计师：Michael Young

     Michael Young 为香港品牌 Zixag 设计的Airbag，是他根据自己过去20年的旅行探究及经验所研发出来的产品 ﹣超轻随身行李箱。“二合一”的 Airbag，是首款同时融合软、硬材料的航空行李箱。背面的硬身外壳配合精致的金属制件在拖拉行李箱时，提供坚固保护，而前方的拉链独立隔层则提供了空间给柔软物件。Airbag 小巧便携，公干、旅游同样适用。

    Michael Young has designed AirBag for Hong Kong brand Zixag, a super lightweight cabin size travel bag designed extensively around his travel exploits and experiences over the last two decades. AirBag is two-bags-in-one, the first of a kind to mix both hard and soft materials in aviation luggage. The hard rear shell offers the hard protection needed whilst moving about with delicate hardware; the separate zipped compartment on the front offers expansion for soft goods, providing an excellent experience for business & pleasure in one compact place.

  Airbag 的实用性不胜枚举，上方及侧边提手在不用时，自动縮回原位，还有，后方的4粒防滑圆膠设计，防止行李箱从头顶上方的置物柜滑出。

  Airbag comes with enumerate practical features, both top and side handles retract back flush to the surface with easy access zippers and anti slide discs on the rear to stop it sliding out of over head lockers.

   Michael Young 说： “我不是那种会在机场排队等候的人，那不是我的性格，我也不属于那里。我喜欢即到即走，所以我的行装轻便，把要带的东西减到最少，同样我也了解旅行中的限制和实际情況。我喜欢把我的电子产品和文件放在一个地方，这样在飞机上或者下一次会议的时候，我知道东西放在哪里。当时更不想奇怪的袜子或者牙刷在别人面前掉出来，所以我设计了前面这个随手的位置来放私人物品，衣服和杂志，外面则放护照和钱包。”

   “I’m not the kind of person to wait in queues at airports, it’s not in my nature, I’m out of there. I like to land and go, so I always travel light and have learnt to keep things down to a minimum but equally I am aware of restraints and practicalities of travel. I like to keep my IT and Admin section in one place so on the plane or on the next meeting I know exactly where things are. I don’t want the odd sock or tooth brush falling out in front the wrong people so I designed this handy section on the front for personal things, clothes, magazines and a section for passports and wallets on the outside.” -- Michael Young

    Zixag 是一个总部设在香港，与本地和国际设计师及艺术家合作的设计品牌。身为旅行爱好者，他们主要为所有热爱旅游的人，设计箱包和旅行周边产品。Zixag 与 Michael Young 长期合作设计都市系列，行李箱的设计亦是水到渠成。本次Airbag计划通过漫长的道路，达到创意高峰，但这只是为未来令人兴奋的旅程拉开序幕。除了产品创意，Zixag 品牌于 2010 年在上海开设了他们第一家分店，售卖袋与背包和创意生活产品。自那时起，品牌又重新回到总部所在地香港拓展，开设3家新门店，为客人提供超过 40 个全球品牌的产品。

    Zixag is a design brand based in Hong Kong. As avid travelers, their major area of focus is in bags and travel products for global citizens. Having had a long-time collaboration with Michael Young with urban bags, luggage is a natural progression. The AirBag project is the culmination of a long process of creation and marks the beginning of an exciting journey ahead. In addition to product creation, in 2010 they opened their first store in Shanghai selling bags and lifestyle products. Since then they have expanded back home with 3 new stores to Hong Kong, offering over 40 global brands.
